We bottled the Pale Horse Ale last night. Fortunately I had enough time during the day to clean and prep the bottles for our bottling. The priming mixture got a little too cold, because I got distracted, but I got it warmed back up to the right temp and all went well. Its going to sit at room temperature for about 3 days and then we’ll move it to the fridge for a week or so before consumption. According to the Gravity readings we should be looking at about 6.01% alcohol by volume for this one. Did I mention that I’m going to need a bigger fridge? 😀
We also decanted the Belgian again, hopefully this time I didn’t mess it up. I have a feeling that its not going to be the greatest, but it’ll definitely have a high alcohol content. *sighs* We’ll just have to wait and see on that one.
