On another note, YouTube is another great reference. My favorite so far has been learning about All Grain Brewing from Chris Knight. Currently I’m doing a mini-mash/dry extract combo brewing. Otherwise known as Partial Extract, but my goal is to go to all grain. First though… I need a grain mill. w00t, another attachment for my Kitchen Aide mixer!!! I think the ice cream maker might have to fall in my cart too. 😀
