I used to think that it would be silly to have an in home draft beer system. Oh how wrong I was. No more bottles to rinse and restock along with the glasses. Don’t get me wrong, there will always be room for bottled beer in the other fridge, but kegging is a happy happy endeavor now. I’ll still have to clean glasses, I know, but no bottles and that’s a good thing. 🙂
We just finished our hazelnut brown ale and I’ve got some bread dough rising from its grains. I didn’t put a beer in this time, but I used some leftover wort. I hope it turns out ok.
