You’re just banging your head against a brick wall into infinity? Not moving forward, not getting anywhere, floundering into an abyss. Is it so hard to see that technology workers are over burdened and for the most part entire departments under-staffed? Yet, people think that the major and small miracles we manage every day should continue. But heaven forbid we have the resources or the the money or frankly anything we need to do the job properly? We work and work and work and even when we’re home sick or on a vacation, still forced to work. No wonder there is so much rampant burnout in the technology sector. Its not simply that the users don’t understand what goes into suporting technology, management seems not to care most of the time either. Perhaps I’ve just become bitter and unreasonable.
