Well now I’ve done it… I finally decided to make a “Mexican pizza”. Which really isn’t Mexican at all, but is Tex-Mex. Not sure how it’s going to taste, but it looks and smells delicious. The timer just went off, so I’ll find out soon and if it’s any good and if it is, I’ll post the recepie.
