I love cheese.

I always have and always will.

Now I have even more reason to love cheese, and that is Hill’s Fine Cheeses! I had some aged Gouda from them last weekend and I just about drooled on myself it was so good. Think of it as Homer Simpson in one of his day dreams about food and how it frolicks around him in a swirling delight of texture, light and sound, that ultimately leaves him staring off into space, drooling. That was me trying the cheese.

On the processed cheese front though, holy goo! They have a sharp cheddar cheese spread that is creamy, rich and addictive. Sooooo addictive. If I could figure out how to survive on it alone and well… crackers, a never ending supply of all different kinds of crackers… I think I would weep with joy and be the happiest person in the world.
